Training
At its most simplest form, training can be accomplished by the hour, for a limited audience and for targeted topics. Each session will be customized to your specific topics, goals and personalities. Some learn better by instruction, some by example, some by anecdotes. Either way some topics can include:

Coaching
Our mid-term level of engagement is coaching. We can coach your team either in a formal or informal setting, for a specific deliverable, spanning multiple topics. As part of this coaching engagement you would have access to all tools, techniques, templates and best practices at our disposal. Some examples of coaching opportunities include:
Implement Jira for a 2 Week Sprint
Create a Product Management space to track roadmaps, requirements, design, etc.
Create a Project Management Portal using PMP Best Practices

Mentoring
At the other end of the spectrum is our long-term engagement opportunity for mentoring. This is an ongoing relationship we establish with key team members specific to a targeted initiative being undertaken at your organization. This level of engagement includes everything available at lower levels of engagement. We have the flexibility to do a targeted training session on a topic, followed by coaching sessions as we observe current processes all while maintaining open communications.
